After our fishermen store their fresh catch in chilled sea water, they deliver the salmon to our vessel, The Hannah. Our state-of-the-art freezers allow up to 1 million pounds of salmon to be frozen per day. This onboard technology can freeze salmon to -30°F in under two hours, giving our product a superior texture and quality. Because of this instant freezing technology, the texture and quality of the salmon is superior.
