Our Processor

Our floating processor was engineered to capture the maximum value out of each wild salmon that passes over our deck:

  • Our fish are frozen on the fishing grounds at ultra-low temperatures
  • We freeze fish whole—a streamlined production method that reduces fish time out of the water
  • We provide large amounts of slush ice to our fleet, ensuring a consistent cold chain from the fishing net to the freezer

Since we buy direct from the fishermen, our product has unparalleled traceability, including vessel-specific lot codes and temperature log data from the moment the fish leave the water.
